The phrase ‘got your six’ is one you hear often in military and law enforcement settings as a statement of “I got your back;’ a true sense of loyalty and support for one another. The Got Your Six brand is about building the life you want around physical, mental, and emotional strength; what we like to call ‘your Shield.’ This Shield represents your overall well-being and can provide you support from unwanted distractors or negative influences in your life. The Shield is not to hide us from those influences but rather as a symbol of our physical and mental fortitude to overcome and grow from adversity.
CASSIE SCARLATO
FOUNDER & HEAD Fitness COACH
From a young age, I have been exposed to the importance of a healthy lifestyle and strength training for longevity. This led me to pursue a degree in sports medicine, which over time transitioned to gaining experience as a strength and conditioning fitness coach. I have been fortunate to work in a variety of settings from Division I athletics to personal training studios.
Early in my professional career, I worked as an athletic trainer at the United States Naval Academy in 2012. This is where the vision for Got Your Six was born. Being immersed in the camaraderie and work ethic of the cadets was inspiring. It was a mentality that I wanted to cultivate for others in a studio, helping them prioritize their own physical and mental well-being.
JERRY SCARLATO
CO-FOUNDER & FITNESS COACH
Jerry has been in fitness most of his life. Having owned a fitness studio himself for ten years, the ability to see Got Your Six now and years down the road only amplified the drive to start providing our community with a new culture in fitness and training.
Jerry's extensive experience in building fitness cultures helps provide our community with elite-level training and support. His vision for Got Your Six and his background in strength and conditioning are core to the discipline and growth of our members.

Aside from providing a daily environment that fosters discipline, strength, and camaraderie, another one of our core values is impact. Being able to support our military and first responder communities has been a huge part of my vision for Got Your Six from the start. We want to make a meaningful difference through community partnerships, volunteer opportunities, and small business collaborations to give back to those who have chosen to serve and protect our community and country everyday.
We want to offer a place where current or former military and first responder members can feel a sense of belonging especially after coming back from deployment or retiring. That atmosphere of cohesion and unity is what we feel will cultivate a strong community both inside and outside of Got Your Six.

Everyday we will strive to help you build confidence in yourself, take ownership in your training, and create a space of respect and trust.
